About

Hello, I'm
George King.

I help people and businesses in Mountain City think clearly, decide confidently and follow through.

A quick hello

Someone you can sit down with

I like meeting people where they are — over coffee, on a call, or in your office — and working through the situation together rather than handing over a report and disappearing.

Say hello

I'd rather ask a good question than give a quick answer.

Most of the work I'm asked to do starts in the same place: someone has a decision in front of them, a lot of noise around it, and not enough time to sit down and sort it out properly.

That's where I come in. I listen carefully, ask the questions nobody has got around to asking, and lay the situation out so it can be seen clearly. Once it's clear, the right move is usually a lot easier to spot.

From there I can stay involved as much or as little as you need — a one-off conversation, a few weeks of hands-on support, or a steady monthly check-in.

How I work

Plain language, kept promises

  1. Understand before advising

No recommendation until I actually understand the situation, the people in it and what success would look like for you.

  2. Say it simply

If I can't explain it in a sentence you'd repeat to a friend, it isn't ready yet. Jargon hides more than it helps.

  3. Do what I said I'd do

Agreed scope, realistic timelines and a straight answer whenever you ask where things stand.

A few things about me

Beyond the work

  • Mountain City

This is home, and the community here is who I work for.

  • Unhurried

I take on a limited number of clients so each one gets real attention.

  • Confidential

Whatever you share with me stays with me, full stop.

  • Practical

I measure the work by what actually changes afterwards.

Let's start with
a conversation.

No pressure and no pitch — just a chance to explain what's on your plate and hear an honest view on it.
